Mattarello – Pasta Rolling Pin – 24″ – 40″ Length

The ultimate professional grade mattarello. Old fashioned style, with modern precision. Unlike cheaper, mass produced pins, these are lathe turned, allowing for perfect roundness. Defect free maple is selected and slowly dried to yield the best mattarello possible.
