Chilewich William Morris 19″ x 14″ Dark Multi Table Mat

The special edition William Morris Dark Multi Table Mat was developed in collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Inspired by William Morriss (British, 18341896) Violet and Columbine, a textile design registered in 1883, this placemat was developed through contemporary weaving techniques with a nod to traditional craftsmanship. Sketching and digital rendering in the Chilewich design studio helped translate the inspiration into a modern woven structure, bringing new functionality to its organic forms, rich colors, and complex pattern repeats. The Chilewich Mosaic Table Mat is made in the USA and measures 19″ l x 14″ w.
