Thunder Group SLLD108PA 8 oz Perforated Portion Controller with Blue Handle

The Thunder Group SLLD108PA is an 8 oz perforated portion controller from the SLLD series, built for the demanding pace of commercial kitchen and serving line operations. Its one-piece stainless steel construction eliminates crevices where food can collect, making sanitation straightforward between uses. The perforated bowl allows excess liquid to drain quickly, keeping finished plates clean and presentation-ready when serving marinated, sauced, or poached items. A color-coded blue plastic handle provides instant visual identification at busy utensil stations, helping staff maintain portion accuracy at a glance.
