GEOforme Perforated Foldable Pate Mold 9.4 inches Long

These molds are constructed with riveted hinges, abandoning the fastening pins that are typically associated with pate molds. The top border of the mold is made with a flat edge to help with setting and sealing dough. The walls easily fold down simplifying portioning and cutting.
