Gnocchi Board

Nothing says “gnocchi” like those uniform little ridges, but if you’ve ever tried to make the Italian potato dumplings from scratch, you know it can be next to impossible to achieve the signature ridged design by hand. With the new wooden Gnocchi Board from Fox Run, you simply roll your dough into ropes, cut the ropes into 1 inch pieces and using your thumb, press each piece gently over the surface of the gnocchi board. Your Nonna would be proud; gnocchi from scratch has never been so easy! Shaping surface measures 5″ x 2 1/2″.
