Thunder Group SLDA020 Stainless Steel #20 Disher – 2-1/2 oz

The Thunder Group SLDA020 is a size #20 food disher built for consistent, precise portioning in demanding foodservice environments. Constructed from 18/8 stainless steel, it withstands repeated use without pitting, corrosion, or deformation. The ambidextrous twin-grip handle works equally well for right- and left-handed staff, and an integrated spring release mechanism cleanly ejects each portion from the 2-1/8-inch round bowl. With a reliable 2-1/2 oz. capacity per scoop, this disher is an ideal tool for portioning ice cream, cookie dough, mashed potatoes, and other high-volume applications.
